Scientifically designed Programming
My method of resistance training program design uses progressive overload techniques ensures that you will continue to see results and avoid strength plateaus. All programs are designed taking into account your current lifestyle and experience, and I will be there to support you every step of the way.
Exercises in every program are structured to prevent muscle imbalances and ensure healthy joint function. Corrective exercise will be assigned as needed to correct muscle imbalances or faulty movement patterns, and keep you training safely at any age.
Track your progression through each Program
I assign all of my training programs using the TrueCoach app, which allows you to record the weight and reps you use for each exercise so that you can ensure that you’re progressing each week. You may also attach videos in-app for form & technique review.
For group coaching clients these programs are completed independently, but I can see what has been completed on my end to keep you accountable. For 1-on-1 clients I record your progress in-app so that you can follow along, and assign any homework in-app.
Nutrition Coaching

Through my personalized coaching method, I’ll work alongside you to develop an integrated plan to not just achieve your goals, but improve your relationship with food. Getting an amazing result is one thing, but my goal is to empower you with the knowledge that you’ll know how to maintain your hard earned result long after we’ve worked together.
I focus on teaching you sustainable methods of flexible dieting or portion control when it comes to fat loss and enhancing health and performance, which means no unnecessary restriction and using evidence based practices to elicit the desired result.

The single most important factor in a client’s success is their own self belief. True habit change is identity change, which is why self sabotage usually derails long term results when behavior & mindset change isn’t included. Together we’ll work on creating sustainable changes unique to YOUR lifestyle and developing a resilient mindset that will honor the person you want to become, even when you’re feeling unmotivated. My goal as a Certified Health Mindset Coach is that these mindset shifts will affect not only your training and nutrition, but improve all areas of your life. You’ll practice prioritizing yourself and your goals in non-ideal situations, and learn to look at challenges in a positive way so that long term success is possible. We’'ll work on developing consistent habits serve your future self, reframing negative thought patterns that no longer serve you, building self-confidence, and working through triggers and limiting beliefs surrounding food.
